Tel Aviv has a history of dealing with its critics.
After the 1973 Yom Kippur War, the city was forced to move away from the Arab neighborhoods that it had established in the wake of the Arab revolt, leaving the Palestinians and Israelis divided.
And then, in 2006, Israel’s Supreme Court ruled that Jerusalem could not be used as the capital of any future state.
Since then, Tel Aviv and the surrounding neighborhoods have been occupied, but only partially.
In recent years, the situation has changed for the better.
There has been a revival of the old-style Arab neighborhood, a neighborhood that, unlike the rest of Jerusalem, was built largely by Jews in the 19th century.
The new neighborhood, known as Tel Aviv’s Upper East Side, has been an important part of Telkoze, the Hebrew word for the neighborhood’s eastern edge.
The old neighborhoods are being renovated and expanded with a view to becoming the new capital of Israel, and the renovation and expansion of TelKoze, as well as the revitalization of the rest, is one of the many goals for the new project.
This summer, TelKozaes residents and residents of the surrounding areas gathered at the neighborhood plaza to watch construction of a brand-new neighborhood that will take its name from a street in Tel Aviv.
The plaza is the location for the first major building, the High-Rise Apartments, which will be completed in 2019.
The neighborhood plaza has been built with Tel Avivites in mind.
In fact, it was designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, whose design won the prestigious Herzog Prize in 2007.
This plaza is meant to be a place of reflection and celebration.
At its core, the plaza is a space that reflects the city’s diversity.
It is also a place for reflection.
“There is a deep connection between the old and new neighborhoods in Telkozas and Jerusalem, and between the former and the latter,” says Miriam Zell, an urban designer and planner from Tel Aviv University.
“And the new one will reflect that connection.”
Zell and the city of Jerusalem are building a new neighborhood that takes its name, in honor of Tel koza.
This will be a reflection of the diversity that exists in the neighborhoods.
“This is the first time that we can create a new place, a new design,” Zell says.
“It will have its own history, its own language and its own way of looking at life.”
The first phase of the project is to replace the existing apartment buildings in the plaza with the apartments of a new high-rise building.
This project is being led by the Israeli Ministry of Housing and Construction and includes the participation of Herzog Architects, a leading architect in Israel.
The project is also being funded by the Israel Institute for Design Research.
The development of the new apartment complex is a continuation of the planning process that began a few years ago when the city established the Tel Aviv Plan, a strategy to revitalize the neighborhoods of Tel Koza.
“The city has always been a place where you can live a mixed life,” Zill said.
“But there is also something to say that the old neighborhood is part of the fabric of Tel and Telkozan.
“For example, the old neighborhoods will have a place to celebrate their history. “
We want to create a place that will give life to all the neighborhoods and not just the neighborhoods that we are talking about,” she continued.
“For example, the old neighborhoods will have a place to celebrate their history.
They will have restaurants, they will have shops and they will be able to meet up and have a meal.
But this new building will not have a restaurant, no store.
It will not be able have a cafe, a coffee shop.
It won’t have a coffee table.
We want to take these old buildings and turn them into places that reflect our identity as a city.”
The High-rise Apartments are part of a larger project called the “Tosmotel,” a neighborhood plan that will include the revitalizing of the city center and surrounding areas, and a new public plaza.
“When we were developing the plan, it didn’t have any mention of a plaza,” Zilberman said.
This is the second time that the new High-rises will be built in the neighborhood, and it will be one of several planned projects for the area.
The first project was a plan to replace all the old apartments in the old city center with a new development of apartments and a shopping plaza.
This plan, known in Hebrew as the “L’Etat” plan, was completed in 2012 and involved the replacement of the existing apartments with the new development.
The High Rise Apartments project will be similar in scale to the L’Eutat plan.
